Want to join the BSC family or start your own HDPE boat building company? Why not become one of our preferred builders? Our Business Starter Packs get you started with minimal overhead. Our builders program offers a unique opportunity for boat builders especially in remote locations.

We provide business partners with all the necessary equipment to build and fit out all of our boats on site. The major advantage of this is the ability to transport a large number of boats (6-10 kits and 1 completed boat shell) in a standard 6m (20ft container), instead of 2 completed boat shells.

Kits arrive flat packed on pallets with pre-cut rigid collar sections for our RBB models. All BSC kit boats require standard wood working tools and plastic extrusion welders. Extrusion welders are available at varying price points but are significantly cheaper and easier to use than MIG and TIG. This makes purchasing and building our BSC kit boats achievable for people with little to no welding experience. Another advantage is all you need is electricity, plug it in and you are ready to start building HDPE boats. In comparison to Aluminium Kit set boats all of our components are precisely cut to friction fit on assembly! This means no racking when assembling the sub-frame of the shell.

BSC Kits are a no nonsense, common-sense approach to building HDPE work boats. We offer great service, fast delivery and access to anything you could need for your boat. Our construction plans and kits are sold with 100% professional boat builder support via phone and email, any time you need a second opinion, just call us.

We also provide training and orientation in the manufacturing of HDPE boats. From welding to frame arrangement and construction order. BSC wants to increase the adoption of HDPE boats in the market place. With our engineers and boat designers coming directly from the composites industry, the material advantage of HDPE is clear to us, now let us prove it to you!
