Extensive experience in production of large pre-preg composite structures has allowed BSC to produce yachts with hull surface areas in excess of 700m2. Large size production of high tolerance parts is our specialty.
In addition, BSC provide the knowledge, systems and skilled work force to install the supporting infrastructure such as clean rooms, large ovens capable of curing 700m2+of hull at 90’c. BSC manages all aspects of the builds, from the construction of moulds to the full cured product. As well, BSC manage the use of all materials within the guidelines set forth by the material suppliers, including documentation for certification.
